Resetting Customer Router Remotely

  1. Login to UNMS

  2. Select “Network” at the top of the page

  3. In the search bar near the top of the page, search for the customer whose router you want to reset. Click the first result with the customer’s name that comes up.

  4. Once in customer profile, scroll all the way down to the flow cart of Antenna -> Router

  5. Click on the customer’s router (Black Box image) (Ex. CPE-JaneDoe)

  6. Click “More Actions…” at the bottom of the left side bar navigation

  7. Select “Reset”
